I made a few hot sauces recently. The habanero one in particular has had the best feedback I could possibly imagine. People that I know would tell me if they thought otherwise are saying it's the best sauce they've ever tried. A friend who's brother owns a hot sauce brand said with reluctance that it's better than any of his. Pretty crazy. Going to brand it and bottle it, for a laff.

    • I've been making them for at lest 10 years so there's been a real process there. I love branding stuff so it makes sense to do it. Should be fun!set

    • that dropper idea is brilliant shelliesea_sea
    • Seconding the dropper. Is it an extract?garbage
    • It's just hot sauce using a dropper, though very hot it's not like a concentrate. But it makes sense that you can apply always just the amount you intended.shellie
    • My guy does this in his home kitchen. The bottles seem to be easy to fill and label. They are probably more expensive however he's selling a ton of this now.shellie
    • The smart idea was selling 5 flavors as a set. He sells the most of those. Then ppl come back to refill on the ones they like the most.shellie
    • Ah gotcha. Cheers.garbage
