Did it...quick procedure at the doc's office. Took several tests afterwards for motility - those little buggers kept showing up.
Waited 6 months and took the test again, and sure enough I was still in a position to be a father. Turns out, the tubes had 're-canalized'..so I had to go back and have the procedure done again....only this time under anesthetic!
...and yes, it's super painful
