  do you mean the object kind of bounces or wobbles back n forth?
  looks like you may have some over shooting on your values maybe. hard to tell without zooming in, but those lines should be straight between the keys not slightly curved.

  grab the key frame and the incoming/outgoing values 0 ( so example the left tangent on first keyframe should be flat/0 etc)

  use the speed graph to edit ease/speed not the value graph
