My line manager recently said to my team that if we clock extra hours (even if finished at home), we can take time off.
I've been so much more flexible since then, able to meet crazy deadlines etc, knowing that if I work a few late nights, I can take a day off when it calms down.
So awesome!
We log hours to specific jobs, so they would know if I was taking the piss. I can't see it working otherwise
- Same here. Now I work from home whenever I want and work mostly when I want and need to. It's great!monospaced
