- but seriously, put down the phone jump in and at least try to save the dude. I think if he saw people swimming towards him trying to help he would have held on_niko
- last year on vacation, at the beach, my kid's inflatable raft blew out into the ocean, I started swimming for it but it was moving faster and faster away from_niko
- me, away from land. In the short distance, a man was snorkelling in a reef, I yelled out to him as the raft drifted past him. He saw what was happening and star_niko
- starts swimming towards it but not gaining. After about 1 minute he gave a big push, or the wind slowed a bit and was able to grab it. I caught up to him a_niko
- minute or two later and thanked him profusely for saving my kid's raft, as I took it and started swimming back with it. It was then that he started calling out_niko
- under his snorkel/mask combo, that he needed help, he couldn't breath or was too tired after that swim to go on, so i grabbed him and helped him hold on to the_niko
- raft as I swam us back to shore. I can't imagine what would have happened if the raft wasn't there to hold on to, I don't think I could have held up and swam_niko
- back with a full grown man especially if he was too tired to swim a bit as well. Scary stuff._niko

- Sounds noble, but would not jump in. Florida waters are infested with alligators. The kids laughing either shows that they're lacking a sense of reality...omg
