Went to the live taping of SNL last night w/ Larry David. I don't know if it was because of the excitement of being in the audience of studio 8H and watching everything from a different perspective, plus it being a one-in-a-lifetime (probably) opportunity, but thought it was a pretty fantastic episode.
- Nice! If there was any SNL show as of recent to see, it was that. Thats awesome!instrmntl

- Everyone says it's much more exciting live.freedom
- How does it work when in the audience? Does the stage rotate? How do they add in scenes that are shot on video?Hayoth
- Each skit is assembled on a different part of the studio during the breaks. Sometimes you can't see, due to the set walls, so you just look at the 100+ monitorsbulletfactory
- they have mounted to the ceiling. The music stage is setup from the beginning. But not all skits are on the main stage where they do the monologue.bulletfactory
- Pre-recorded segments "Bern your Enthusiasm" was just shown on the monitor.bulletfactory
