orrinward makes a great point..
dont know what city you are going for.. but lets say its NYC.
back in 2007.. i had this freelance gig that paid me more than i ever made ever within this weekly rate someone dared me to ask for and i had it.. this company came and offered me a fulltime position.. and they showed me the offer.. i said all cocky like hey as you a freelancer you are paying me more than double your presented offer.. so they say sure.. show us what you want!! and i told them my offer, and they said THATS IT??? sure you're hired!!
needless to say.. see what they offer you first!! or be happy with what you are asking for..
you never know.. you might be low balling you!!
