  Honestly... nothing really works in the way you think would work, agencies know that, the smart ones, that's way they send american express gift cards and take you out to lunch when possible. Someone in my office mentioned to an agency the other day that we have a hard time finding pens in our office, and this guy should up with a box of pens that they never bother giving out anymore, if that makes sense.
