There should be a nation wide demonstration about police abuse if only to bring some much needed mainstream awareness to the issue. I really think its a SERIOUS problem that needs to be addressed, publicly, en mass and not just for the general public and politicians etc but for the police's sake... so more of them can either speak out themselves or begin to feel more comfortable speaking about it. I also think for any of the abusers in the force they need to know people are paying attention, they need to feel on the spot in the media and they need to think fucking twice before they decide to murder someone.
