The big laugh at our company is when we get entire website concepts and the final designs in InDesign. Our designers actually had to find a process of transferring to layered PSDs to make HTML templates. And it's fucking hilarious when clients (law firms) get all flabbergasted that we don't like InDesign files because they make no sense for the process. One once thought we must have not had good designers.
