Some of the commenter on Reddit made a good point - what's the difference between Megaupload and YouTube? Both have massive amounts of copyrighted content, but they both remove them when notified, which is all that the law requires.
Plus Megaupload has been in operation for years anyway, why are they only acting now?

- It's all in the eye of the beholder. Believe me music and movie industry would argue that YouTube is facilitating copyright infringement - and they have, in court.ukit2
