  Ok...so far thanks...I will not be changing the title of my job per say, more of what I freelance as, and use in my linkedin / monster / dice profiles...

  I want to be considered for the next level of jobs [strategy] instead of just managing projects [implementing other's strategy or having to get my ideas approved or validated] while I am at my current job.

  Does that make sense?
