Continuity: Traffic managers manage the dockets and workflow for all accounts and tell designers/production what takes priority. Project managers manage the resources and timelines of a project, telling the traffic manager what takes priority. Account managers manage clients and their projects, and tell project managers what takes priority. Sometimes the jobs are combined in smaller studios (under 40-50 people) but traffic is usually distinct from the rest.
