  640x480 in five years? Nahhhh you mean 800 x 600 about 7 years ago right? cause it went directly to 1024 x 768 and +

  Yeah true a lot of people were designing for 800x600 then. But a lot of big companies wouldnt accept it yet because there were so many people using 640x480, i had to comply. Many companies wont step it up until 3% or less of the users will be effected by upgrading.

  If you dont care about usability, you can design for whatever resolution you like.
