I recall seeing some nice car microsites some while ago, but didn't find them yet.

also, something like an interactive cutaway illustration would be awesome.

what would be the best film to show to a class of design students (18-20 year olds) in terms of inspiring them or explaining some techniques.

I was thinking Helvetica Documentary, but after watching it for 10mins, I decided it's to boring for kids.

I'm browsing my mind looking for a good inspirational film, but I didn't come up with a good idea till now. So, what would QBN recommend?

when I look at source code in firebug,
and have elements that are updating with js, everytime the code gets updated the view jumps to where the dynamic thing is happening.

how do I turn this jumping off?

do you know any sdk or framework for game-developement that is really easy to use. something that delivers fast results and has lots of examples you can alter to produce games?

I was asked by 16-18 year old kids to recommend something. I was thinking about corona sdk, but maybe you know something more suitable and something that is not only for mobile devices.

any help welcome, also good links to game-developement sites, movies, articles,... whatever you consider apt for kids to start playing with code/graphics while having fast successfull moments and producing few frustration debugging it and making it run.

(something like old-school hypercard, but more up-to-date would be great)

I have a loader swf with a
stage.addEventListener(MouseEven... callToAction);

now I load another swf into that loader swf and my problem is, the mouseevent doesn't fire if I click over text movieclips in the loaded swf.
if I click over empty areas, it fires the mouseevent, but not if I click on anything that is in the timeline of the loaded swf...

...now this only happens in a browser, not when I'm testing it in Flash.

having a problem with flashvideo on ie8, playback is very very choppy. no problems on ff, safari or osx browsers.

been googling around and didn't find any solution (deinstall, reinstall, reboots, clearing cache, aso did not work.)
