anyone here have it? i'm falling asleep but waking after a few hours and am unable to get back to sleep. i have a million thoughts (not worries) in my head and i can't shut them down. i don't drink much nowadays, i run 5x a week, i don't take any meds and eat well. it's not depression or anxiety, just perky at 2am and can't get back to sleep.

anyone else have this issue?

so i just need a sounding board here, sort of along the line of hammerofdawn's thread re: family visiting.

i have some (out of town) family members who invite themselves along to events inappropriately. is this common? they heard that my dad is flying in to participate in a local event with my husband and the next thing i know, they get plane tickets and are crashing the event, and crashing here. no heads-up. wtf?

is it just me or is that really impolite?
