Stupid CSS issue Jul 21, 04, 9:36 a.m.

For some reason my CSS isn't updating on the pages that they are applied to. I simply changed the font color and size, but it doesn't show up on the pages, what am i missing?

hey, i've mad e this crappy website, pro bonol, and the guy says the top banner isn't ther ewhen he looks at it (windows xp, IE) so if any of you have multiple browsers and could take a look i'd apprecieate it. I'm on a windows foxfire, and i'm fine. stupid bastard!!!
