Getting to NYC from DC Jan 3, 09, 11:29 a.m.

i am trying to find the best way to travel to NYC (going to see Shrek the Musical on Broadway) and I want to avoid driving into NYC.

So I am looking for train options... I did the train from New Jersey into NYC like 11 years ago for New years, but I do not remember where the train was and all the details.

I think parking in NJ and taking train to NYC is best but i don't know the exact ways to do it...

if you have any info that can help it would be very much appreciated.

anyone else have to do a work-around to fix the yahoo paragraph spacing issue for yahoo mail? yahoo basically removes the margins on P tags.

i have been using one small solution recently by adding an inline css style of

margin:0 0 1em 0;

but that's annoying to apply to every P tag in long html emails.

Firefox + flash video problems Oct 16, 08, 9:35 a.m.

ok. for some reason when i try to watch a video (YouTube) or any other flash video in firefox, the video will play about 5 seconds (no audio though) and then pause... and will no longer advance... i can manually scrub the player ahead and then it will play for a second or so and then pause (still no audio while playing).... Internet Xplorer plays video/audio just fine...

I reinstalled Firefox and had same problem again.

Foreclosed Homes? Aug 21, 08, 12:01 p.m.

Anyone ever bought one? My girlfriend is looking to get a good deal on a foreclosed home here in the Northern VA/DC area... (mainly because she cant afford the regular home prices)...

she has one offer on a townhouse now, not likely she will get it, but we are hoping... but anyone else been through buying a foreclosure/short sale? any experiences to share?
