My good friend just called me from Northern Cali and asked me to help him come up with a name for a medical marijuana clinic he's going to open up next year.

It will most likely be in SF and there will probably be a coffee bar next door, in the same building. I've already come up with names that have plenty of "Herb this" and "green that" but if anyone has good ideas for Marijuana Clinic name I'd love some more suggestions...

i work over in midtown NY and i just went out to grab a tuna sammich for lunch and i was walking down the sidewalk and suddenly i noticed all around me where boobs. beautiful, abundant boobs. i tried hard to stop from looking but everywhere i turned there where boobs. it totally ruined my concentration, i couldn't think, i forgot where i was going, i started daydreaming and all. and i mean to tell you they were right infront of me, it's like i could almost touch them. luckly i resisted my urge... i even put on sunglasses hoping to deflect the boobs but it only made things worst. i mean to tell you this place is outta control in the summer.

on friday night i was a part of 5000 strong, critcal mass bike rally through downtown ny. there were 260+ arrests. they are referred to as detainees, and being housed at Pier 57 (yes an actual pier), that will stay open until the U.S. Open. on saturday there was 10,000 mothers and childrens march, a threatened attempts at by police to raid the Time's Up Headquarters, only to be quelled when the Legal Observers showed up. there was also a 400 strong protest at the starbucks i go to by my work, 2 arrests. and on Sunday, 29, i predict, may be one of people will be talking about for a long time, and the cool thing is... the conference hasn't even started.

I can't seem to focus, nor do I care very much for the crap I'm doing or the dept. I'm suppose to lead. I drag in late to work and leave early and when AEs ask me about a planned creative for the project I don't have an idea in my head and just say, "It's gonna look great and the client is gonna love it and give us another Mil in work and you're gonna get a promotion for sure!" then I walk back to my desk and surf the web.

I think I'm burned out. Do you have any advice for me?

a few weeks ago i was at a friend's party and this fairly attractive women, around 30 years old, starts talking with me. come to find out she's visiting from out of town and is married with two kids and over the course of the evening told me that her marriage was on the rocks. well, i really didnt say much to her but lend a sympathetic ear, at the end of the night and a number of beers later, i gave her my business card and told her to keep in contact, not really a big thing but just a nice gesture.

well, over the last number of weeks she started emailing me and then leaving me voicemails on my work telephone looking for me. i sent her a nice email back a couple of times saying it was nice to meet her, blah, blah, blah, and i talked to her maybe a few times and she was pretty much an "in your face" type of girl, saying "i thought we had a connection..." and i told her let's be "friends" as i thought that would be the smart thing to do.

well, again, i accidently pick up my work phone the other day and she was on the other line, she was again kinda "in my face" telling me that she is coming into town for work during the weekend and wanted to know if i wanted to go the thr ryan adams show, being that i'm not into ryan adams, i declined so she asked if i wanted to do something the next night she was in town, i said sure, but thinking we could get a cup of coffee or something, which is fine with me...

last night i was exhausted on my sofa about 10:30pm and my phone rings and again , it was her (twice she called) but i didn't answer... it all starts to feel a little uneasy for me here...

now thinking about it all, and knowing that i'm a pretty mellow guy and how i feel about "in your face" types of women, i'm not really sure what to do and i'm open for any suggestions???

help me people.

I'm working on some web comps for a project along with another designer who is working on comps of their own. She has been popping up around my desk every so often and wants to see what I'm working on. then the next time I see her work it begins to look like my work, similar elements, layouts, etc. She's obviously shameless and doesn't have an idea in her head and my sense is she is a "design thief".

I need advice on how I can fend off this design thievery going on...
