What constitutes as a project delay?
It's a clause in all of our contracts. For me it means no response for a certain amount of time. My clause has 45 business days which is giving them a whole lot of time to "delay"... but does it also mean that the deadline has been passed (for them to print or launch or whatever) and they are STILL making revisions, when you are not billing hourly but @ a cap?

i'm working on a non-prof. HR campaign. they gave me much of nothing to go on, just that they don't want to see the typical house or key illustration for their campaign ID and want me to "hit the ground running" on some ideas. they also neglected to get back to me on the questions i had for them like taglines, colors, etc. so that i can direct this logo properly. of course they need it by Friday.
