there's a free program for digital painting similar to painter. does anyone know the name of it please?

Wireframes Aug 20, 08, 9:23 p.m.

While subcontracting to a dev / account management team, they want a bunch of boxes they can drag around and create a wireframe of a site with.

I've created min in illy, this is ruled out as the client can't tweak them.

Other suggestions? Visio is also out due to client not having it.

This is to be repeated with other clients over and over, so worth making a solution.

Is an editable PDF the way to go? Thoughts would be great. As much as I hate to say it, what about a PPT?

OR an AJAX online solution would be even better?
