okay, first please note that I did not make this logo. my client came to me with it and i told them about 1,000,000 reasons why it’s a bad logo and they don’t seem to get it. i thought i could get some more reasons from you designer geniuses  so go ahead and give me your top 3 reasons why this logo sucks!

i just got an estimate to print some business cards and it seems really high. what sort of price range do you think i should be looking at for the following:

SIZE: 3.5" x 2" with a diecut
QUANTITY: 500 (2 sided cards)
COLOR: 1 PMS color
PAPER: 100# white

i'm a web designer and normally i provide my clients with an initial design and they either love it, or we make a few changes together and get it right fairly quick (within a few weeks). well, my current client has got me making them a 1000000th homepage design to look at and she still doesn't know what she wants to see and is totally jerking me around having me design various things.

i'd like to add some sort of clause to my design contract to the effect of "a reasonable amount of designs will be provided, but don't take advantage of me you assholes"

does anyone have a legal and politically correct way of phrasing this for my contract?

more urgently, anyone know how i can deal with this client at the moment??
