My Boss wants me to learn it, and make a presentation for tomorrow. Its the equivalent of a 30+ slides keynote including big blocks of text and videos and whatnot.

Is is doable? Am I in for a all nighter?

Hi,
I have to modify a flash site, and I really suck at Flash.

Say that I have 50+ buttons (at different places, in different stages), each one have his own text to display on the bottom of the page.
There must be a way to load or display text at the same exact coordinates of the stage when you rollover a button (in actionscript)?
I dont mind having to change the buttons to movieclips and whatnot, I just want to finish this today.

The way it's made now, the guy had the text at the "rollover" state of each button, wich is a real pain because i have to move every button, meaning that I also have to move the text afetrward. (pretty sure he sucked at flash too)

Hello.

I have a hard time finding (read googling) the answer to this quite simple question, since my english is sucky sucky.

I have this text : 1/2, 1/3, 3/3, etc etc. on a couple of pages.
I want to change the formating of all the numbers before the "/".

I know there is a grep formula to find/change the formatting of any digit and put back the "/" in its original formatting, but can't find it...

Am I clear ?
I know I can go and find any digit + "/" and change, but that would change the formatting of the / symbol, wich I do not want.

Plus, I think that the "/" is a part of a formula, wich could complicate things.

Any help or hint would be awesome.

Yes, I have dragged and dropped the songs from iTunes to a folder, but how do I get to produce a .m3u?
Is there a way to do this, or an app that someone over here used and trust ?

Say,
a client asked me to "jazz up" his newsletter.
The thing is that they use a word template and I would have to work that way. So I'm asking if I should avoid getting my foot in a world of pain.
Anyone had to do something like this ? If yes, is there a way to set up the CSS properly in Word, because if you look at the source, it looks loaded with crap and such.

ok.
i got this unsolved mystery in IDCS3.

When I choose Corpid CAPS it is showing me a weird glyph instead of the single quotation mark.

If I change for the REGULAR one, the "À" is going crazy.

I cant find/change the weird "D" glyph because ID dont "find" any, although there are like hundreds of them. Its a 100+ pages document. The good glyph exists, but wont show right if I get text from Word.

This is happening only in ID, CS1 and 3 and all is good in Quark. But I refuse to work in Quark. Its a PS font.
