My ex-wife started taking flying lessons about the time our divorce started and she got her license shortly before our divorce was final, later that same year.

Yesterday afternoon I got a phone call, informing me that she narrowly escaped injury in the aircraft she was piloting. Seems she was forced to make an emergency landing in Hamilton because of bad weather. Thank God the kids weren't with her.

The FAA issued a preliminary report, citing pilot error: She was flying a single engine aircraft in IFR (instrument flight rating) conditions while only having obtained a VFR (visual flight rating) rating.

The absence of a post-crash fire was likely due to insufficient fuel on board.

No one on the ground was injured.

The photograph below was taken at the scene to show the extent of damage to her aircraft.

She was really lucky....

Suppose you were in the process of determining the value of a site and want to make sure the traffic isn't fake/invented and hasn't been fiddled with.

Is there any way you can validate the quality of the traffic, without adding a 3rd party script in the code?

Some of you may know I have a huge interest in watches, and something I've always wanted to do is launch my own brand.

It's all theories in my head at this point, but I have a pretty good idea how I want them to look and what materials to use.

Suppose I approached an industrial designer and gave him my horrible sketches, an in return I wanted something a watchmaker could look at to actually build the watches. 3D models etc.

What are the stages from napkin-like sketches to a full-scale model? I guess this applies to most cases where an industrial designer is involved.

Am I making any sense at all?

Forgive me for being sound-challenged, but here's a question I've always wondered.

You can adjust the volume of your computer speakers using either the button on the speakers, or using the computer's sound button.

Is there a difference in sound quality if you have max volume on the computer and low on the speakers, as opposed to low computer volume and high speaker volume?

Am I making any sense at all? Am I an idiot? Yes, I think I am. Pls confirm.
