My client has this PDF that needs to calculate and display bunch of numbers using java script. It looks pretty straight forward to me, and I've found plenty of examples of bits and pieces online, but I'm not a JS expert and it isn't working as expected.

PDF mailto: issue Mar 8, 12, 7:34 a.m.

Designed a form PDF for a client with a submit button (a mailto: link) so the end users can email it back. The problem is that on our Macs, hitting Submit brings up the email with the PDF as an attachment, as expected, but when the client does it on a Windows PC the email is sent automatically in the background.

Any ideas on how to make it behave as it does on Macs?

Let's say I have an idea for a book about logo design. Along the lines of the Los Logos series, let's also say.

Whose permission do I need to include a particular logo? Assume it's trademarked and all that.

I figure it's either "everyone and their lawyers'" or "nobody because of some copyright law thing".
