I drew this as a logo for myself, and was wondering how the letterforms look to everyone. I know the whole thing needs a little cleaning up, but I am looking for opinions on kerning, proportions, etc.

how do you feel about designers that offer free vectors, and textures and stuff? Who uses them?

For the most part, I find the vectors to be too personal/recognizable to use. Textures are cool, but after a while, if you've seen one, you've seen em all.

Apparently, if you are designing a website for a major news agency, you are not allowed to put the olympic logo ( rings) or the beijing logo anywhere on the page.

Yeah I know they're copyrighted, I just though they would allow it in this type of situation....it's the damn news.

I am designing a website which is to be developed by someone else.

My client has requested that I incorporate some custom sliders to scroll through lists.

I assume it needs to be JS because I need them to look the same in all browsers.

How do i need to design them so the programmers can implement them?
