and she's saying that my rates are too high compared to other 'developers' in the middle of michigan. hey lady, in out here in mahattan! im a designer not a developer! my rates are what they are. plus it was rush work.

changed all her site's passwords until she pays. she's threatening to take me to court.

i did this poster for the university, and the head honcho, the new dean, wants it to look corporate, like the poster is advertising a used car lot or something.

how do you tell these types of people, in the right way, without being rude, that theyre wrong and they dont know what theyre talking about?
