This is for a friend; it's a product he developed - working title is 'Racquet Armor'.

It's like head-tape for the top of your racquet but more substantial, more durable and more protective.

here are the logo samples I have so far, please give me your thoughts; focusing on the iconography and not on the logotype(although that probably IS the typeface we'll use)

The only letter in the english language to have more than 1 syllable is 'W' which has three, and we as web guys have to use 3 of them at the start of each of our projects.
I move to use either
1)a new 3-letter set (i.e. 'bbb', 'ppp')
or
2)make a one-syllable name for 'WWW' (i.e. can't think of any...)

you have half a skillset - become a producer or designer or developer or analyst or strategist but what you do is only part of a job.
maybe you noticed that your role has no accountability - you're spouting shit about how to build at a dev, you're dictating strategy to a designer you're scoping for the producers and you are completely talking out of your bum-hole.
you make me want to become president of any company you work at so i can make you get up in front of the whole company and explain what you do and then then promptly fire you just for being a dickhead.
if you're an intern then this does not apply to you.

computer A is $800
computer B is $1800.

What's the big difference?
Why would I get the more expensive one?

P.S. I do flash/photoshop/after effects/cinema 4d/etc (all at the same time) for my job like most everyone else....

what fps do you use when you develop in flash and why? I think 12 is way too slow; I use 30, especially when I have scripted movement(i.e. nav bars, etc). Why does Macromedia have the default set to 12? Anyone use 12? What do you think?
