Isn't it weird how we're about to retrieve words instantly from tens of thousands of words in a milisecond to communicate our thoughts, yet sometimes we can't remember where we parked?

Has anyone been to small claims court before?

Here's the scenario.

Two months ago, I move out of a roommate situation. The landlord said the new tenant asked about internet service. I call Time Warner, and they say the new tenant can fill out a internet transfer form.

A month goes by, she didn't fill out the form. I call Time Warner, and they say there's no note of a transfer.

Second month, and I get billed again and Time Warner says the took care of it.

Now I see a bill of $218 where she ordered cable tv.

I meet this bitch at Time Warner to do the account transfer, and Time Warner says they need a notarized letter from the landlord this time.

Now i've racked up a bill of $218, plus, 19.99 and $8, and now see a new bill of r $89.

This bitch says she can't meet at Time Warner until next week. I told her to give my money by tomorrow or I will take her to small claims court.

I have printouts of all my bills. I called the landlord, and he seems to be frustrated with this tenant as well. Could be another squatter.

Has anyone been to small claims court? What's the whole process like? I want to get my money back, and make this manipulative bitch pay and suffer.

The problem being since I have the scroll bar on my browser, it's dependent on the Stage.height which varies.

Anyone know of a good link or a way to create this?

I don't have a lot of experience, and I'm working on a logo now for a client who I think is picky. They went through several designers, and i'm going through her critiques of the past logos that got rejected. Seems like they don't know what they want so they need someone to tell them what makes a good logo.
Got any tips on creating a effective logo/brand? In this case it's for Rats, LOL, but they want to convey them in a more positive way.

Any ideas on building a gallery in flash where users can upload images? It would need a set of thumbnails that scrolls with a scroll bar, and it would be nice if the uploaded images can be cropped in. Can this be done by just actionscript or is php/xml/mysql needed? Can't find any good links at the moment.
