Recommend an Audiobook

So I have a new job where I am on the road about 35 minutes each way to and from work. I would like to buy some audiobooks to listen to instead of always relying on music.

Here are some books I have read and loved:
Electro kool-aid acid test
Catcher in the eye
Communist manifesto
Some book about a guy who infiltrated the mongols motorcycle gang - cant remember the name

Anyone have any ideas for me?

Photoshop CS4 Question

I'm on a Mac running CS4 and for some reason all my menus are coming up without everything listed. The bottom item on each menu says

"Show All Menu Items"

I want it to show them all the time. Is this something I can change? I can't find anything in the preferences.

Thanks.

Illustrator Question

I want to take this graphic and make it so that I can have it follow a path of type. I feel like I should know this, but I am not getting it right. Anyone with any recommendations? It is vector art, so I can break it up.

View Camera Equipment

Hey all,
I have a friend who is unloading his view camera equipment for really cheap. Here is a list of what he has. Let me know if you have any interest.

Here is a shot of the large format stuff I have had in boxes. I did some dusting. Most was kept wrapped in plastic but some time with a compressor would be great. It pains me to see it go so I am hoping to find these bits a home where they can get out and shoot.

• Cambo 4X5 with fresnel rotating back
• Arca Swiss 8X10 including bag belows and rotating 4X5 back 9has small crack in glass at corner but still fine)
• 210mm Fujinon - L F5.6-64. Good shape
• 240mm Schneider-Kreuznach G Claron, F9-90. Lens is good but threads at front to attach filter are dinged. So it is “damaged, but works fine. Attach rings inside camera works fine.
• 300mm Nikkor - M, F9 - 128. Good.
• 2 padded lens bags.
• 3 additional lens boards in various Copal sizes - 1 Cambo and 2 Arca Swiss
• Sekonic Digi-lite F, Model 328. Plastic box holding dome is loose, but work perfectly
•X-Ray Proof bag for films etc, Lupe, Neutral density viewer, 2 way level, 2 shutter releases
•4X5 Polaroid Back
• 17 4X5 holders, 5 5X7 holders (strays), 2 8X10 holders
•Bogen 3036 HEAVY duty Tripod (needs clamp ring for mount at top
• Fliters 62mm - Soft FX(warm / portrait), yellow, orange, red, 72mm clear 81A
•Misc Stepping Rings
•Shroud
• 1 open and 1 new box of singles, open box is pretty full.
• 2 Nikon SC-17 flash cords and another 3’ cord to synch up to 3 flashes. I am happy to sell these separately as I know “some” people use Canon stuff :-)

Logo Survey

Just got this thing and am not sure what to make of it. I am not sure i like the way it would involve so many people. Projects with surveys like this would never get done.

Showing Catalog Work

So I have a ton of catalog work and was wondering if you had any good examples on how people display it in their portfolios. I guess I'm wondering if taking a photo of the catalog is best, or using a pdf spread to show certain pages.

Any examples would be appreciated.
