My situation:
I'm an independent software consultant. The company I'm in contract with is A++ when it comes to working environment. Cool people, smoke weed, they surf, play music, etc.. laid back!

However the quality of work, direction of current project, and workflow processes I cannot for the life of me approve of or get used to.

Which is more important to my everday happiness at work, or to my career?
