Around a hundred A6 sized cards sent to Margaret Huber from 2004 to 2006 from Japan, Finland, Spain, Russia and England. Hair, fish, a sachet of white powder, a piece of broken record etc. were sent to test the postal system. Only three cards never reached their destination.

Vlieger & Vandam

[<][>]

"Guardian Angel" was the first in a series of striking bags. It makes a strong statement about growing rates of crime and violence. Each of the bags appears to contain a gun or a knife. The idea grew out of the increasing number of stories in the news that focused on lawlessness and antisocial behavior. As a response, Vlieger & Vandam wanted to give people the impression of feeling secure.

online gallery love::Classics//...

Art For Empty Walls just went live with an exhibition of my photography. Why is this interesting? Because 1.) Even though I'm far from the first, it's exciting to do an exhibition strictly in cyberspace; 2.) Spike Jonze, Ian Rogers, Beastie Boy MCA and The Breeders' drummer Jose Medeles are subjects; 3.)The prices are rather inexpensive.

enjoy.
