Need a slider for portfolio site. Hoping someone could help.

Thumbs on one page to open another page with the slider.
Also, if Thumb3 is clicked the slider would start at Image3.

I have a "wmu slider" that looks perfect but can't figure out the code.
I also tried an "Anythingslider" that jumps to corresponding image but it's too ugly.

I'm new to jquery, by the way :)

Someone asked me what the difference is between Vimeo and YouTube. Am I correct that Vimeo is more of a place for artistic, documentary, or higher quality content? And I know I'm correct that YouTube is a place where the same can be found, but along with an infinite amount of idiocy. I think Vimeo isn't really overwhelmed with dumb stuff. Is that accurate?
