My question is this: Will we have to make java workarounds for EVERY swf file that is called onto the stage? For some sites that could be rewriting 40, 50, or 100 swf files! Is this a correct assumption? I hope not.

For those that are looking for new solid clients I have a suggestion: The US Govt.
Their evil and vile and they steal your taxes, but as a client they pay well and always have work to be done.
The process of application and contract procurement can take 6 months to 2 years ... but if you can wait it out it is worth it. Steady work is hard to come by for some so I thought I would share. Govt work alone keeps 2 of my people working 40 hours a week with a projected timeline of 6 months. Do the math. Good luck.

Silly problem here. I have somehow gotten my eyedropper to only choose the background color on selecting. I use it, it changes the background swatch. I flip them and then it does it again.
Any ideas?

Cmon. Will there be a law passed for everything that "might" go wrong. Banning swords? I say let the morons kill themselves off. The US is similarly trying to protect everyone from anything that might possibly harm or insult anyone. People need to claim some personal responsibility and stop acting like weak little children. Although well written and well meaning, there is nothing in that article that is not taught in business school or basic managerial training. If the designers dont know how to stay ahead of the curve and please the client then let them fade away and find work elsewhere in a field more suited for them. The lack of formal business education is no excuse for ignorance of the business world and its processes ... design related or otherwise. There is no revolution needed, just smarter revolutionaries.

Having spent the last week looking over hundreds of resumes, here are some stupid things we have found.
1. Get a real email - dont list or
2. If you worked at a pizza place - dont list shredding cheese as an acomplishment
3. If the job is listed for $55k dont put $90k as a requirement
4. When sending your resume - dont send the one that you copied but forgot to change the name and address.
5. Make sure your phone is not disconnected
6. Your mommy is not a valid referral
