I'm currently working on a website that needs a flash banner rotator with different backgournd colours that fade with the content but the content needs to remain a fixed size in the centre.

I'm currently using cufon to replace some of the standard fonts for heading etc but i wanted to check before making the sites live what the EU laws state about using other fonts etc

I'm currently trying to apply it to an id #leftMenu ul li a but it doesn't seem to change anything

I guess others have come across this problem but I can't seem to find the solution on how to fix the extra spacing in the dreaded IE6 & 7 in firefox it looks fine

I've tried inline height, importants on 0p padding and margin but nothing it keeps added some stupid space any ideas?
