A new art project. All I need are ten confirmed buyers to get started. Each piece is a one off original, no prints, no copies, just an original, done by hand.

Each piece will cost $10 plus standard post and packaging. Each piece will be mounted. Each piece will have a documented account of the piece being created, a small movie on a DVD, some photographs and possibly some other documentation.

Once I have received all ten the pieces will be create an despatched. These will never be done again.

Any takers... any art buyers out there interested in a genuine investment?

What do you think is a reasonable price to pay for signed limited edition prints that you buy off an illustrator's website?

- Lets say the prints are about A2 in size, and are limited to runs of 10 or 20.

- They are not giclées (which are just bubblejets no matter what anyone tells you) and they are not screenprints or litho...

- They are hand printed by the illustrator in two or three colours, on a self-made pressure press, using wax plates that he has devised and made himself, which give every print in the run a unique texture and enable each print to have different colours. By the end of ten or twenty prints the wax plate is no longer useable so there can never be any more.

What would be a good price that reflects the product but doesn't make them too expensive to buy?

Forget for the moment what they might look like... don't say "Can I see one first?"... I'm just asking, hypothetically, what people think is a reasonable price to pay for a print viewed off a website, and so I'm giving you a rough idea of what the product is.

Every search I make on Google today brings up a list of results that all say "This site may harm your computer" and when I click the link anyway, it takes me to a warning page and does not provide a a link to contine to the page. Even QBN is listed as "Harmful to my computer".

Does anyone know of a good source of images of Mexican people, Mexican families, real life Mexican candid photo stuff?

I would be grateful for any links to Mexican photographers, Mexican photographic galleries, Flikr sets by Mexican people, Stock libraries in Mexico.

Google just throws up an alarming amount of cliché images... people in sombreros, grinning bad guys from Spaghetti westerns, families sat around the dining table eating beans in wrestling masks, people wearing Swime flu masks and all that sort of crap.
