    I will be honest when I say that I really enjoy his work. Not because he probably lives 2 miles from me, but because there's always a constant stream of new work thats inventive, humorous, or all around just a great composition. Seeing this kind of work doesn't inspire me directly, but really intrigues me - especially after coming home from 11 hours at a heartless ad-agency.

    tell you what, this is why I love QBN. people get on here and voice their true opinions on if/why they do or don't like something (plus some sprinkle in heartless humor at the same time). Then the subject of the thread shows up like Godzilla at the beach in summer.

    for a creative hub, so many negative, closed-minded folk on QBN.

    calling his work out as "trendy" is denying your reality as a designer... this is a fashion/trend-driven industry. all your fav Saul Bass posters and Lubalin magazine layouts were also "trendy" for their time.

    just for the sake of argument, there are going to be closed minded and negative people everywhere. By allowing comments on the Editors Choice posts QBN knew that a percentage of the posts would be reflective of the PVN. I'm not trying to defend or praise anyone, but I think we all know that piranhas swim in this water.
